Waxup AI, headquartered in León, Guanajuato, is responsible for collecting your personal data, its use, and protection. Your personal information will be used to provide the services and products you have requested as a client and/or user, inform you about changes to them, send event invitations, promotions, and evaluate the quality of the service we offer. For the purposes mentioned above, we require the following personal data:
- Full name of the person creating the company's account
- Email accounts
- Tax information
- Contact phone number
- Address of the company
- Business name and/or legal entity name of the company for which the account is created
- Business information
Additionally, we may collect other data from your interaction with the website and its sections provided by third-party vendors, such as user authentication providers, payment gateways, payment intermediaries, large language models, among others. These data are neither stored nor used by Waxup AI and their processing is the responsibility of the platforms requesting them.
By accepting this notice, you acknowledge that data collected through the purchase of any product or service is the responsibility of the purchase intermediary. Waxup AI does not have access to the created databases and is not responsible for their processing.
You have the right to access, rectify, and cancel your personal data, as well as to object to their processing or revoke the consent you have given us for such purposes. This can be done through the procedures we have implemented. This procedure involves sending an email to the specified account, providing full identification as the owner of the data, along with your request for detailed data processing. We will respond within a maximum of 72 hours from receipt of the request, and you will receive confirmation through the same channel in compliance with Articles 25, 29, and 34 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. Please note that if you request a digital tax receipt (CFDI), your tax data will be protected under the security guidelines of the database provider authorized for certification (PAC) used for this purpose. The handling of such data is entirely the responsibility of this provider.
Furthermore, we inform you that your personal data may be transferred and processed upon request by judicial authorities or for any procedure with the Executive Branch or its decentralized agencies. They may also be transferred for advertising purposes on social media, subject to the data protection guidelines stipulated in your account activation contract and/or corresponding privacy notices.
If you do not object to the transfer of your personal data, it will be understood that you have given your consent.
